VISITING NYC
There’s so many things to see and do in the surrounding areas. We know you all have google but we’re happy to share a few of our favorite places and tips on getting here and accommodations below.
GETTING HERE
When flying to NY, there are several airports that you can check to compare prices.
LaGuardia Airport (LGA)
There aren’t any subways that go to/from LGA so you will need to take a regular taxi once you arrive to where you are staying. It will probably be a $45 to Manhattan and $40+ to most parts of Brooklyn.
John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)
JFK offers subway options to get you into Manhattan or Brooklyn. Taxis are also an option and it will probably be a $50-$60 cab ride or Uber to most parts of Brooklyn/Manhattan.
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
Outside of New York is Newark, New Jersey. Taking a cab from Newark can be expensive but there is an airport bus option to midtown Manhattan or you can take the NJ Transit to/from Penn Station and then subway/taxi to your final destination.
